Shackles

The large S.S. Shackles are typically used on Quicksilver Aircraft to attach the upper and lower Flying Wires. The Gold is the standard AN grade 3/16″ cable shackle used on rudder and aileron control cables. The small S.S. Shackle is our “optional” shackle and is .160″ longer than the Gold.
